What makes our baked goods special?
All of our baked goods are gluten-free and packed with protein. Each goodie contains 7-10 grams of protein and around 200-250 calories, far less than you’d get from a typical bakery muffin or cookie! And whenever possible, we use quality products from other local small business to make our goodies.
